It sucks having grown up playing the original trilogy because it’s like we are constantly being slapped in the face with this new garbage. hate to break it to you but the trilogy hasn't been completed, this campaign is basically 1/3rd of what was in the og MW3. Nothing happens in this campaign apart from Soap dying. My thoughts are “awesome new game” but “it feels and looks like (being reasonable because I’m almost positive it is) a copy and paste of modern warfare 2 2022”. Them polishing and giving us old maps is like a car company (let’s take mustang for example) releasing a old, popular model mustang body with a modern engine. I think even when you play MW2 it counts towards the MW3 players. The reviews for MW3 of my friends show hundreds of hours of playtime already. Obviously it's not the MW3 play time. On Discord it also shows me playing MW3, even though I was playing MW2. I can already see people messaging me if I want to join, and I'll be like "I'm not playing
